These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and tours offered by [Adiyogitours] for Adi Kailash, Om Parvat, and related Himalayan destinations. By booking a tour, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.

Terms and conditions - the basics

1. Booking & Payments
All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment. Full payment must be completed before tour start. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be informed in writing. Refunds, if applicable, follow the agency’s cancellation policy. Permit fees, transport, hotels, and government charges are non-refundable.

3. Permits & ID
Adi Kailash and Om Parvat are restricted areas. Valid government ID is mandatory. Permit approval depends on local authorities and is beyond our control.

4. Health & Fitness
This is a high-altitude journey. Travelers must be medically fit. The agency is not responsible for altitude sickness or medical emergencies.

5. Itinerary Changes
Routes, stays, or schedules may change due to weather, road conditions, or government regulations. No compensation will be provided for such changes.

6. Accommodation & Transport
Accommodation is provided as per regional standards on a sharing basis. Vehicles may vary based on terrain and availability.

7. Responsibility & Risk
Mountain travel involves natural risks. The agency is not liable for delays, injuries, loss, or force-majeure events.

8. Code of Conduct
Respect local culture, temples, and traditions. Alcohol, drugs, and misconduct are strictly prohibited.

9. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Uttarakhand, India jurisdiction.
